Every economic problem in this country can be traced back to e decline in education in this country.Countries that value education will continue to move ahead of us in terms of economic progession and deservedly so.Also funny how i've pointed out numerous times on this forum that we DON'T have the best health care in the world but until now, nobody here has wanted to acknowledge it.

Here are the numbers:Property A: Rent $1,600Property B: Rent $1,500Property C: Rent $1,100Property D: Rent $1,295Property E: Rent $1,195Currently, the average is $1,338 but 3 of the leases are up at the end of the year and the average will be about $1,400.I paid exactly, and I do mean EXACTLY $700,000 for all five.

hey thanks, i have seen ur posts around here, unless someone else has ur same picture.Yeah actually the FMV according to places like ZILLOW and REDFIN and E-APPRAISAL the average price is somewhere between $190-220K so the pricing seems fair, plus i am accounting for $10k depreciation in 6 months.You are right, however, it is quite the risk to get this person to live in there seeing his history.
