I second the idea of watching pricing.  

As you read these books, watch the BiggerPockets podcasts.

It's just like the new  people on this board that watched hours and hours of podcasts and read tons of books, and they say they're ready.

Solving this problem is not going to put a new Mercedes Benz in your garage, But if you are clever enough thinking entrepreneurially might just do that.Just my 2 cents.https://www.youtube.com/watch?

Writing down my debts and seeing them become smaller over time still doesn’t compare to the feeling of being able to watch my real estate portfolio grow while I’m paying off my loans – it's an incredibly motivating process.

Any tips would be helpful, or anything that I should watch out for. 

You don't need to spend endless money on the national courses which never give you a result and never teach you anything you can actually apply.As a general rule, if you find a class or group promoted in your social feeds, or on TV, etc., you want to stay away from those. 

I've been watching countless Youtube videos he puts out, joined his FB group, and have been watching his A&E tv series.
