I bought flooring from Ollie's Bargain Outlet, a chain store we have around here that buys lots of name brand goods.

Hi i own commercial building with 6 1-bed and three retail stores in it and 2 1bed houses and sfh so im interested in networking in Des monies or ames or anywhere within 50 miles of Boone also looking to start group this fall in my area to find private lenders and investors in my market and community.

Lenders typically originate the loans to investor specs using a warehouse line/line of credit (meaning borrowed money the lender is responsible for), then immediately (within 30 days) sell that loan to an investor.

I do live close by to a school, hospital, grocery store, gas station.

I just looked at my deed/title and under the grantee information my grantee mailing address is an old UPS store box I had.

But most of the people I personally know running these syndications...I wouldnt trust them to run a corner store.

That would be like giving paystubs to the grocery store when buying a gallon of milk.... 

And they just started remodeling those big warehouses right on liberty street.
