Eventually, it all works out because his wife decides not to press charges and they go to marriage counseling and they are doing much better now.Several months have passed now and his voucher request for a 2 bedroom has just been approved and so he gives notice to me and his final day was yesterday.

One of the units is a Section 8 voucher apartment, but the rent is $675 vs the FMR rate for the area of over $1k.Are there any reasons that I wouldn't be able to raise the rent to at least near the FMR rate next time the lease renews?
