The Township claims they have no records or any documentation regarding the demo, but I have proof that they oversaw it and paid for it.Basically, I'm trying to do some "digging" to see how long the Township has been polluting this lot and covering it up (literally and figuratively).

Expect to come out of pocket $15k+ to renovate 4-5 homes to the point they can be sold.On your two that are unlivable, you can usually get a roll off dumpster and demo them in place.

Some progress pics.Fireplace was removed, I had decided to reface it, but upon demo sheetrock underneath was damaged.This added about 4X8 to the room!
