Drive through it frequently, at different times of the day -- you might be surprised by what your find -- people taking care of lawns of tending to backyard vegetable gardens, parents sitting on porches watching children play, neighbors chatting. 

This house has a huge fenced yard with a vegetable garden.

Not sure how well that would work with every tenant but I did that with a vegetable garden with my current tenant and it worked out.

My grandparents had no problem picking fruit, nuts, vegetables, etc... to make a living.

Everything is old and buried and then there is the cliff and vegetation, making it impossible to verify the back lines without some serious work on the front end.
