It seems to me that with 151 units, with many of them cash flowing, you would have a powerful "velocity" of money with which to pay off at least a couple of loans, lower LTV's, and really entrench your position.

The other hugh factor is velocity, you can double the money supply but if it all goes into savings,  and is not spent it is essentially the same as removing the dollars from the system.
