Hi @Mordchai Lunger I personally am uneasy at the way this mentor offer is structured.

Large scope of work, Permits, and long timelines can make a lot of private lenders uneasy.

Everyone has the right to say no, and you should not feel bad or uneasy making a low offer.  

Having that many types of floors and an old kitchen without reducing the price may make people uneasy to undertake a reno project.
