I do warn my tenants not to schedule the payments more than 10 days before the due date because, otherwise, Cozy will not recognize it as paid - one of the interface design flaws. 

These disclosures vary based on property type, but often include things like known flaws with the property, prior improvements or repairs, and potential environmental hazards.

@Brad Hasseler I'm of the opinion that the PM business model itself is *almost* inherently flawed. 10% for all that work that owners and tenants expect is mind boggling.
