We are trust worthy and reliable and I am only interested in working with trust worthy and reliable property locators/ Bird dogs.

I'm looking for experienced investors to point me in the direction of a trustworthy real estate attorney.

Also Seller says theyd like a bank certifying to them that i HAVE the money for the house because theyve "been stung a few times" and even though I look trustworthy to them it would only make them comfortable....I said it would not be a problem to show them certification.

It can be more challenging buying remotely but the key is working with someone that is reputable and trustworthy of course.

This man is an old friend and has proven honest and trustworthy time and again.
