I already filed the memorandum with the court house the first time he flaked, and now my lawyer sent a letter threatening to sue for specific performance.

@Ofer AttiaIf the buyer has an appraisal contingency in their offer it’s tough if they aren’t willing to pay the difference and threaten to back out if you don’t lower price.

I've paid about half of it already and there are only 7 more payments due til its paid off, and now what is happening is that they, sent me a threatening foreclosure letter stating that I owe them. 

People are probably going to throw bricks at my window for saying that but usually the agents who feel threatened by wholesalers are the unsuccessful ones, in my opinion agents and wholesalers are 2 pieces of the same puzzle, the ones who get that will dominate in their market.

Your agent will want to retain the business and may be able to help and if not just turn it on your agent threatening a complaint that they advised you incorrectly.
