I have a recent request for AC not cooling and am terrified of what the company’s preferred vendor may quote considering I recently repair AC unit within the past 3-5 years.

There's so much information out there, its exciting and also terrifying at the same time.

Everything sounds great and terrifying at the same time.   

I've done what I can; now I wait to see how much a beating I take.What does keep me up at night is the potential for lower velocity of the USD w/ global recession, oil exporters testing other currencies etc.My shot in the dark prediction:  2024- high interest rates lead to equality issue, which lead to the Govt "good idea fairy" running rampage, which leads to next banking and housing collapse in 2028, in time for China taking over global currency in 2030. 

While the main floor bathroom will be a project, the majority of plumbing was replaced by the seller when they fixed the water leak and it just needs to be finished, and it is rather tiny.Footing of the bill if the deal falls through is kind of a terrifying thought, but I like the idea enough I may go through with it and just make the contract as clear as possible.

I am terrified thinking of the potential damage/mold in the wall behind the sink cabinet. 

At least not in my market where growth is on a rampage.
