so they are keeping things very vague and generalized at this point and dont have a good rebuttal to the argument i presented.So they tried to sweep it under the rug.... i persisted to question them....because at this point i know they arr making up rules and policies as they go along.

Show the owner you will sweep floors, get coffee, etc. to learn the business.

I did one oil tank sweep before and it cost around 150$ (it is combined with the house I spectiin).

I personally would would do the lower down payment option so you have more funds to sweep up more properties while the rates are low.

Eastern Washington is a big area to make such a wide sweeping claim.

They sweep out any units that have moved, lock out any unpaid units, and basic up keep of the property. 

As a new owner you should be concentration on sweeping the place clean and raising rents to market.You need to find better quality tenants.
