Hey everyone,I’m exploring the idea of creating a software tool designed to streamline the due diligence process for commercial real estate transactions.

What is the best way to assess and submit for claims with insurance with least resistance from the insurance company ( assuming it’s not a smooth process.

I'm not sure if there is a creative way to accomplish my goal through that software that is integrated as well.

I think it is time for me to have a property management software of some kind to manage my long-term rental properties going forward.

When I'm submitting a bid for a home purchase, I'm always estimating on a higher cost for rehabs.

It could be submitting actual contracts.  

After that you can submit offers that include seller financing terms.

I have a cousin who funds RE deals and he has a whole network of money people, so I am putting together a business plan to submit along with my financials and an investment proposal.I am coming from single family residential, and have only ever worked with hard money for short-term loans, and also some smaller amounts of private money.

In particular, is there any software/tooling which is typically used to analyze & find tenants, analyze deals, and used to find a local realtor who specializes in real estate investing?
