What makes you state this?

My team and I are also out-of-state investors, including a managing partner who was born and raised in Toronto.We’ve been investing in Cleveland for a little over a year now and currently own 22 units in the area.

Not to mention, they weren’t aware of my entity information and other organizational details I’d previously sent (ie state formation, scope of work, etc.); easy stuff.

I understand some of the economic factors that can lead one to a particular city or province (or state), but unsure of some of the key elements as you funnel down below that level.Appreciate any insight.Tyler 

I've been tracing wholesalers in califonia for months, like nothing other state finding individual wholasalers in califonia is quite challenging I don't know if it's because the house prices are too high compared to other markets.
