So it is a downward spiral of confusion and anger for some of these sellers.In short there is little help we can offer as investors to sellers that were oversold on manufactured homes and paid such high prices for these homes.

When Apple had sunk to ~$19-$25/share in the early 90s, the only thing that stopped its spiral was cash from its nemesis ... they weren't buying anyone at that point and many of the "experts" were penning Apple's obituary.

You can't feed that spiral or you'll never get the property.Owner carry may solve some attachment disorder that may be there but same issue as above - She'll be focused on the depreciation recapture up front (reasonable or not).
