It's not just the taxes, but being able to at-a-glance look at expenses by the month and year, profit and loss calculating automatically, and even cash flow by property and total portfolio by month and year.Thanks for suggesting it!

I have noticed a lot of investors are seeking out cities that are offering lower priced lots and simply adding a Modular or Manufactured and capturing a very nice cash flow.There is a new trend starting in Florida and in other states where an investor buys a piece of land or lot and add a 'Tiny Home".

May be 5 or 6 mobile homes which according to this person looked as if a 5th grader remodeled the home.I inter company document I came across stated that only 1 park was profitable.

But tuned out to be a pretty nice profit deal for us about 650 to 700k net in less than a year.the lady got her home back free and clear and I told her do not Borrow against it ever again her kids had forced her into last time and of course took the money themselves.
