Today I looked on another site pennymac to see the value it said and there was no information for the address of my property but when I added #2 to the address and it was able to come up with an estimate for my property.Do I need to be concerned that these apps are showing my property with the wrong address?

Is there a different way to see the delinquencies on my credit?  

I already see the disposition that your mind has in this regard.

It's actually really expensive to transact real estate - see the number of posts on BP by first time buyers who are shocked at how much they have to pay in fees and points and closing costs.

You probably know that because you can see the day that the payment comes into your account. 

Sellers are sophisticated enough to pick the best offer, they only see the price and the terms, any other negotiating tactics are a waste of time.  

We didn't step in as a result and didn't see the need to.

I do see the 1% rule in 80,000-150,000 range in Memphis

I just don't see the appreciation upside there compared to other markets that I was considering.
