Did you guys recently re-work the 'brew loft'?

I agree with @Scott Carson's perspective in FCI Exchange-- their sellers are posting a lot of notes that have been reworked or are just have too much hair on them, so you have to do a lot of hunt-and-pecking to find a good deal, but I've purchased 4 notes on the exchange with great success and good margins. 

I will try to rework my cash flow analysis based on this.So once the property is rented and producing income I am going to still be paying 20000 in taxes ( based on the new assessed value ).

For instance maybe you don't have a legal egress in the bedroom, so when you draft the plans it will show what is there and they can then comment and have you rework the egress opening.

Unfortunately, Fannie Mae had just hired a new law firm and they were changing many aspects of the loan agreements, adding a lot of rework.

Rework existing downspouts to work with new scupper-Provide new tapered polyisocyanurate (also called ISO -very common roof insulation) to provide drainage to new through wall roof scupper.
