Wondering if anyone has experience either way with properties in flood zone A?  

In my case the prospects claimed to have never heard there was any problems with pit bulls which was also a red flag to me as everyone knows this.

If homes are in Rs zoning I'd consider renovating them for sure.

I get 2% on avg for all my personals, NO not war zones.

I went to a public hearing on a red card that the town fabricated because a structural inspector decided to do an electrical inspection early.

The house needs lots of repairs and has a lot of zone violations, might be up for demo, so they walk away.  

Wow... no zoning in Texas? 

Not a flood zone specialist but I don't believe it would impact your resale.
