Is there going to be breakfast/snacks to eat at those times our will be need to have eaten before then?

This tends to happen with large estates and Bed and Breakfasts where there is a heck of a lot of work and it will be apparent if it's not done.

You could run a CL ad for free and maybe join one of those groups where you have breakfast once per month with other business owners.

It is an open concept plan, my entryway, kitchen, hall areas, are all the vinyl strips, the family room, living room, kitchen/breakfast area, dining room and bedroom on the ground floor are all carpeted.

Ditto Bed and Breakfasts - I hear complaints re never getting a break. 

I recently talked to someone who is house hacking a property that previously was a bed and breakfast.
