If You’re in a brokerage your first two years can be the most challenging but with a good team you should be able to get the ball rolling on your brand quicker vs in a bank they might give you a salary so it’s more consistent. 

I`m sure this has been asked a thousands times here but I thought it may be quicker to just ask it straight up.I`m looking for a lending institution that will do an investment loan under the name of my corporation, any thoughts?

Generally, I would rather they get the turn done quicker so it can get marketed sooner than go back and forth on smaller items.

I'm located in PA however,  I own a few condo rental properties in Charlotte NC and I'm looking to scale things up quicker with apartment investing.

The software we use allows for electronic filing of 990-T forms but we have received e-file rejections with these notices to follow.The IRS is painfully slow and backed up, so I’m not sure how long resolution will take. 

you're not going to get rich quicker than that by buying random properties out of state. 

I agree but if your only buying deals that come to you, it is possible that you could scale significantly quicker if you had someone bringing you actual deals - although it sounds like you have a decent system where deal volume is not an issue, if thats the case then congrats and please share your secret!
