Try and find an appliance shop in your area or if one doesn't exist you can look on craigslist just take proper precautions.

One precaution, make sure no one drills into it who doesn't know what they are doing.

I believe arms length precautions only come in to play when a financial institution is involved.

I would be take precaution and plan out what your going to do when the balloon pops.

Now I am not saying just because a firm has a good looking website you can feel comfortable but surely if they do not have a website, website is under construction(and has been for months), or the website looks like it was slapped together with dysfunctional links you probably should have some immediate sense of precaution!

I try to avoid as a precaution lol.

Take safety precautions.
