I'd recommend a "Templates Folder" that has templates for common used docs like leases, notices, advertisements for properties.I actually just did full video on my Google Drive set up over on my YouTube channel :)

I watch a lot of David Greene's YT videos and have messaged him directly and he gave me solid advice - if I'm going to buy outside of California, to go for appreciation states and look at the asset. 

If STR's are popular in the market you are in likely there is a designer who will pick out and set up your entire place.3 - Go yourself.
