As far as 3-4 years from now, I'd have to polish up the ol' crystal ball for that answer, but I can tell you that in the last recession the Baton Rouge market fared very well compared to the markets in many other prominent cities.  

@Bob Collett Great point about the Polish and Ukrainian villages in Parma. 

Subprime is just the old subprime market, just polished on the edges compared with the pre-recession crazy era.

The units look pretty standard, they could use some polishing and whatnot.
