Also, I like your podcast; it's been really helpful.The need to point out what someone doesn't know and how poorly they have constructed a forum post doesn't help anyone.

Coincidentally, within the last day or so, I listened to BP podcast # 399 with Jeff Thorman.  

Knowledge is power and for me, it builds my self-confidence so I’ve been bingeing podcasts, books and also recently gotten my real estate license so that I could have a better understanding of real estate in and of itself, with the hope of building upon that basic knowledge with what I’ve been learning about in real estate investing.

As for being willing to move anywhere have you listened to the recent podcasts with Austin Wolff?
