Most of the properties are located in Northern Collin County (Plano, Allen, McKinney, 160K-200K) and two are located in Cedar Hill (120K - 150K).

So for example there were lots of big employers in Richardson and Plano. 

Hello, I am interested in investing in real estate in Dallas, TX because it looks like a cool place.I am looking at the Plano, Carrollton, Garland region as well as Crowley near Fort Worth.

The median home prices in Fort Worth are generally lower than most parts of N Dallas and Collin County (Frisco, Plano, McKinney).

If I move there, I would choose frisco, denton and some parts of plano.

If you get a job in say Frisco or know someone in Plano then focus there as you have the beginnings of a team. 

I am trying to find something within an hour of Plano (this is near Dallas) for 100-250k.

We've seen some great deals in some of the Dallas suburb areas such as Denton, Plano, Denison and Temple & Killeen if you are willing to go a bit further out

Plano and Frisco are definitely expensive so it depends on what you are doing.

Currently, we are trying to close a SFH in the 121/NDT/Frisco/Plano corner.
