He also comes as a package deal with a relatively affordable contractor.  

You can ask and see what happens.Otherwise you need to come up with the 50k or whatever is required to move forward.Maybe you could see if your lender would bundle the 2 places together in a package?

Others come in here asking basic comments they can google; or have some desire for people to walk them through a perceived get rich element they feel will easily make them a wealthy in a few easy months.

So we did what any person who just went from 780 and 700 credit scores to $40000 in debt and our new 500 credit scores  ( thanks to them getting us exactly what we needed in credit to pay for the package)..... we scraped borrowed and begged for another $16000 for one on one training where there selling point is he (mentor not Matt) will come to u and not leave until to you get your first deal!!!

We plan to create package offerings for around $1,000-$5,000 depending on people's needs and requests.
