Now, of course that is based on the awful reputation that F%^&NG has gotten due to some of the clowns who've produced awful homes that were sold and that made life a living hell for the buyers, than simply on the term "F#$P", but that term is so loaded now, I truly think it needs to go!

Few other questions below if you don't mind shedding lightTax – with multiple members, 2 of which living out of state of NH, any idea if the LLC established in NH need a NH accountant for the 1065 portion, and then each individual investor responsidble for the K-1 filing withing their own state?

For a startup, consider getting agent, then broker status for your self to reduce employee costs.Marketing a PM as "We care as much as you do" should go a L O N G way for you.May I suggest, clients HATE nickle & dime fees that strip their profits unknowingly.

@Charles D Cruz the $20k on rehab comes from:Windows/ exterior doors: $7,000 contractor will do this work.Appliances: $3,000Cabinets/kitchen floor: $7,000 New furnace: $3,000 (need to get rid of the fuel oil furnace and switch to NG)I know someone mentioned the cabinets just need to be painted but they are to far gone for that.
