I have major categories that are necessities, leisure, work, and then sub categories like eating, sleeping, social media, house searching etc.

This is a really vague question...A wholesaler in general is a necessity to markets.  

Here's how California defines Fair Market Value as it pertains to condemnation:"The fair market value of the property taken is the highest price on the date of valuation that would be agreed to by a seller, being willing to sell but under no particular or urgent necessity for so doing, nor obliged to sell, and a buyer, being ready, willing, and able to buy but under no particular necessity for so doing, each dealing with the other with full knowledge of all the uses and purposes for which the property is reasonably adaptable and available."

It’s a very lucrative companion business to my real estate investing.Houses are considered a basic necessity of life.

Min $4000 (basic necessities), comfortably (for us), $6000.

Was it done on purpose or out of necessity?  

I know it's not a necessity to be a real estate agent in order to invest but I was wondering if it would be worth my time and effort to go ahead go for it.

So I almost thinks it's a necessity for my work to be able to talk all of them.

Regrettably the public does not understand the necessity of so called "slumlords".

It also reinforces the necessity to work with either a mentor or an experienced syndicator while executing your first syndication to have someone experienced watch over your shoulder just in case.
