The listings were not found on the MLS, and I think i had to basically call and 800 number to coordinate the showing which was slightly interesting since they didn't / couldn't have MLS lockboxes (in NJ we have electronic/satellite tracked boxes).So, Redfin still believes that their "national call center of salary agents" with "pay the showings local agents" is better, not sure in what sense (probably for THEIR profit margins), than the current system.This continued trend to non-person-to-person transaction system might appeal to the younger generations, but I think they will find it lacking if given the chance. 

Thankfully, most were the for-profit, run-to-the-back-of-the-room clubs that catered to the national speaker circuit.

The downturn will eventually spread across the nation, and to a somewhat lesser degree affect those areas that had lower price appreciation.My timing prediction: the oncoming slow-motion housing crash will become very evident within 6 to 9 months after the first Fed rate cut. 

Pretty sure I earned every penny on that one.Sounds like more of the issue is you dont know how to distinguish between average and quality, and over pay for average.Here is a question....if it is all so rigged....then why do I, as a top 1% agent nationally....use agents in other markets when I buy and sell there, when one would think Id be more than capable of doing it myself?
