Did your house ever get built by Delta ?

Hi Jeffrey,I know your post is 7mos old but did you ever find a company for your Wholesaler's License?

You would want to know if anything was ever built on the land (maybe a house burned down) because if there was a house then you would have potentially buried septic or oil.Buying and holding a lot for the future with topographical issues is only worth it if the price is negligible IMO.

Don't ever hesitate to throw out a question or scenario you have in your head.

I don’t think well maintained, well run properties that have rents at or close to market value should ever be that difficult to sell.

We are buying more than we have ever bought.

You should only have to do this with the largest items- mainly couches/chairs and dining sets.

The title Co is at a loss, has anyone ever done this and how did they purchase the property?
