They may just have the next morning open on their schedule but may get really irritated if they have to do it now... who knows they could be working on a market analysis for a million dollar listing.

Many companies use items that only irritate bed bugs and spread them.

This is irritating.

Just want to hit that curb appeal, make people feel that it is done, that they wont have to spend on it... but not to go TOO hard, as tastes change from person to person.....What did we learn this last few weeks.  1. cold and flu season is a beast, and can whack your schedule.2.

The benefits far outweigh the slight irritations, in my opinion, especially in low income neighborhoods where tenant's income tents to be unreliable because they are in low paying jobs that change often.4) Any inspection cost by HUD?

I have purchase a property where the seller disclosed " Chimney Flu Sleeve is Cracked".

I'm also a bit irritated my property manager seems to be on their side, not mine.    

That would irritate the heck out of the judge!
