I enquired further and was infomed that a some european company is selling pre-fabricated blocks of 20 units manufactured by a local company for a price of 45000 dollars per unit....inclusive of closing costs and finders fee.........its also an arm chair investment....Let me know your thoughts....

If that means there were appliances there at the time of contract acceptance and furthermore that those appliances are marked as part of your inclusions and your contract is largely the same as MD I wouldn't be signing any release.

You would have to give them written notice before the 30 day period that you would be changing the terms, be it rents or service inclusions or removal.
