not worried in Charleston about rain.. all of ours are 6 to 9 feet in the air.. its just wind.and here we sit in Oregon complaing that the temps are between 75 and 82 all summer and no real nice hotter weather and the humidity has been too low.. so we can get some forest fires.But at least TESLA has come up big..

This is not unusual if you have a gas water heater or furnace in the basement. 30cfm seems low, so maybe it's for ventilation in a bathroom to remove the humidity?
