I would've lost money on the overall deal had I put in the offer prematurely.Bottom line, it was a great reminder to me that I need to make sure I complete all my steps when looking at deals and not contemplate the shortcut in order to secure a deal faster.

Terms can get negotiated in your favor after you've built a track record.No short cuts here.Best to you.

Any 'agreement" that seems to short cut that, is generally unenforceable. 

Don't try to short-cut it by doing it yourself.

There is no shortcut for this in my area.What you want to ask is this question; "Is there a way to get a list of all the probates filed weekly/monthly"?
