taxes defiantly affects cash flow .. that’s well over 4 grand that is not going in your pocket that your property income must cover and do you think that number will go down over time ?

Although it was only a couple grand, it dropped my credit score a decent amount. 

I talked to a guy at a local REI last week, same position as you, and he had these grand plans of doing buying rentals, and moving, and flipping, AirBnB, and that, and then comparing ROI..... honestly I stopped listening because I thought he obviously just all talk--- action is what makes it happen.

well its only 1,500 bucks seems like a lot of effort your running there to get opinions.. just do it.. if your going to be buying multi million dollar properties what's a few grand in the big picture..

You’ll also need an operating agreement to go with said llc and that costs several grand for an attorney to do.
