Doing something faster doesn't mean increasing SPEED!

They are a great financin goption if your goal is to continue to scale. 

We bought this property in York County, SC with the goal of turning it into a rental.

Even though your Realtor might be good and helpful their ultimate goal is to get the house sold and no one will see the vision you have set for yourself, in the same light that you will.
