I think that overall the economy will go nuts, but I still think STRs are saturated, they just got too much attention back in 2019-2021.

We don't pay attention much to the national average, we focus on the affordable markets in Florida that are experiencing growth and we stay out of higher priced areas like Tampa, Miami, and Orlando.

For me, I have very little to gain from posting at all. 

If you have lived in it for 2 yrs I would suggest renting it for 2 - 3 years and then selling it to avoid capital gains taxes. 

And would this be considered "capital gains" since it's re-sold under 1-year therefore having to pay a large % of tax on the profit?

But thats part of the being OOS and as I gain more experience and I better team I can minimize that.

I really admire that you've focused on such a unique niche that doesn't get much attention.

There is realized gains & profits, and UN-realized gains and profits.

This risk here far outweighs any small gains in ranking.
