I would definetly consult with an attorney before and ask if you would be able to get these people out of your property in you needed.If may just be easier to steer clear and try to find a good applicant with a SSN#Or, if there is a company that employs a lot of people without a SSN# you could reach out to the company, ask if they need housing for there employees, and then rent to the company instead of the person.

Do you have partners, investors, employees, significant others, tenants, borrowers, lenders, etc.

The nineteenth century idea that the wealthy only work with their minds while the poor must work with their hands seems to be reasserting itself in our society. my Drywaller has 400 employees and a company Jet !!

Also, as I and @Dave Foster told you on that other thread, there is no honest creativity with 1031 if you plan to 1031 into a residence where you will live immediately.

Replacing a 20-dollar-per-hour employee doesn't make sense but replacing a recruiter in Google that do nothing and making 175k per year does make sense.

As a new civilian, I am now a 1099 employee and do not have any W-2 income.
