I concur with @Ivory Hayes and @Thomas Fortune  both of these words of advise are solid.

Fortunately it yields good returns but I wouldn't advise anyone unfamiliar to invest in my area (although it could be done successfully it would definitely have a large impact on that bottom line amount that out of state profit seekers dream of). 

I went to a REI seminar provided by Fortune Builders about a month ago, because investing has always been something I've wanted to do but never knew how to start.

Glad I looked into it prior to signing up for the Fortune Builder Mastery Program, reconfirming my decision not to sign up.
