One caveat, they also hold the mortgage on the LTR so that may be why they are willing to that the 2nd position and extend the LOC to me.

The 20% down terms were the same and I think we could've still put together the deal because it allowed the tenant time to vacate (the terms of the contract was to allow the tenant up to 90 days to vacate, so extending closing for that would have potentially worked).

You are heading in the right direction to get the financing options laid out and then find the deal so you can pull the trigger for the right one.As far as HML options be sure you get all the details before signing anything . . interest rate, payment terms, what if you need to extend, points up front, etc

@cj @CJ T.Yeah, basically...I would clarify/point out that regular business credit cards don't need corporate credit because you are still personally guaranteeing the credit being extended to you.
