I do know DFW and the areas around McKinney are exploding....there's plenty of growth left in McKinney too.One thing I would think about is if you buy in SA? 

But yeah I agree I live in southwest Denver in the Ruby Hill neighborhood (down the street from Athmar and Barnum.) and I see that area exploding in the next few years.

The taxes on our rental (and on our primary residence) have gone up significantly every year and my fear right now is that they will explode to cover the covid deficits & borrowing.

Meanwhile, the homeless are exploding here.
