Any GC that does not work like this is a huge Red Flag and you should run away.2) Also any experienced GC should have theur own state-legal contract that spells out terms clearly and protects both of you.

I think there is a misunderstanding here by the new posters who come on this forum to post about negative experiences with their investments in real estate syndications or funds.We experienced, long time BP members are NOT saying that you haven't been "ripped off"; we're not saying that the sponsor of the investment hasn't done anything illegal or unethical or anything like that.

I also suspect that most can recognize having occupancy gaps filled by an alternate OTA is a positive outcome. you can stay on a single OTA if you desire or you can follow the advice of the experienced posts that suggest otherwise.
