How do you even know if things will work out?

Even high density local population areas I would not want since most don’t make that much money.  

Even with PropStream and PropertyRadar, I'm usually not the first to reach out upon seeing the lead.

Definitely do a search here for some recent stories on capital calls and risks with syndications...even on some that have been operating many years...
