Good Morning everyone, I'm currently enlisted in the military and station in San Diego.

I'm an officer and so far have only received interest from enlisted I happen to know from off base extra curriculars.

I enlisted friends to help out but I still essentially managed everything - just from England where I was traveling.

I’ve enlisted in the marines and leave later this year and I’m trying to save money before I come back from boot camp and I’m hoping to have at least 5000 from boot camp and a extra couple thousand from saving, so maybe 7 or 8k and want to use a fha loan on a 3 or 4 unit.

@Antonios KranidisHey Antonios I bought my first house in February at 19, by myself as a full time single lower enlisted Marine, even had to put 5% down which was more than 1 year of my military salary after taxes lol.

There are also larger property management firms that enlist brokers in their target areas, and they have PM agents under them that do the management and working with owners.

If I might redirect slightly- for those who enlisted a good CPA during their opening stages of their investing journey- how did you find said CPA?

Chalked up to cost of doing business while rehabbing.I enlist professional pm in those zip codes as well.When it all works out though, the Cash flow is great.Just my personal experience.
