i do think its about time to have a tech come out and go through it and make sure it works well but in general I'm very happy with it.

We would rather buy in a higher class and have less cash flow/come out even and focus on appreciation and long term.

Although those guys had brick and mortar and where very good at what they did ( screwing people)this new crop are just hiding behind social media and their key board.
