They buy at deep discounts and have economies of Scale to be able to wait out the time when Homes Prices and Rent Prices must rise eventually.It's a lose-lose for Mom and Pop but a Win-Win for Big Money Landlords.It's the complete opposite of what the Liberal's intentions wanted and they will fall into self-delusion that it's a Conspiracy of the Rich.

They certainly display an impressive track record and have a deep bench when it comes to industry experience.

The company has a points-based system, where members receive a certain amount annually, and they can then bank those points for up to a year and use them to reserve time at various resorts around the world.I have been dragooned into assisting them with defraying timeshare costs by trying to figure out how to rent out the unused points so that they don't go to waste, before I dive into this myself, I wanted to find out if anyone else has experience with vacation rentals with this set-up.

Another, scarier story I have is from when my business partner at the time and I were touring a house that'd been vacant and on the market for a few years, deep in the back woods of Vershire VT, real middle of nowhere town that has fewer residents now than way back in the 18th century.

I have put better systems in place after reading  Brandon Turners book on managing rental property's, which has given me the confidence to dive into multifamily.
