Your lease should have some statements about appropriate use and not causing disruption to neighbors etc.

Sure fear, uncertainty, and many buyers losing employment have disrupted the normal course of business, but people are still selling property and others are still buying property. 

Maybe a good way to look at it would be that Airbnb is looking to disrupt the hotel industry as Hipcamp is looking to disrupt the camping industry.I will say that there is no doubt that Airbnb is a giant compared to Hipcamp.
