On the 6th I filed a Notice of Unlawful Detainer.

I'm looking for Unlawful Detainer and it's super easy to just scan down the list (I have a county court and a city court, in a smaller location so there aren't many hearings each day.)

Like all states, Arkansas still has a civil eviction (called unlawful detainer here).  

Once the 3 Day Notice is served the landlord must wait a full 3 days before filing the unlawful detainer.

@Brent Wasson your friend needs a good real estate attorney to file an unlawful detainer action, at least that is what it is called in my area.

I prefer to use the unlawful detainer statute anyway.

I don’t know Wisconsin Landlord Tenant Law.In Illinois, if a tenant doesn’t pay rent and 5 days has elapsed, lessor can file foricible entry detainer (eviction), even though you have already given them a 30 day notice.
